Photos and testimonials
Article 3 of the Act of 5 August 2011 prohibiting advertising and regulating information relating to acts of medical aesthetics stipulates:
“The results of examinations and treatments such as photographs taken before and after a medical aesthetic act, as well as the testimony of patients, can not be used in the context of personal information”.
