Different substances can be used to increase lip volume.
Absorbable products like hyaluronic acid, non absorbable products (not recommended) or fatty tissues taken from the patient (lipofilling).
Lip augmentation is performed under local anaesthetic and takes 15 to 20 minutes. Lipofilling takes a little more time because of the necessary liposuction.
